Servewel Industries, an ISO / TS 16949: 2002 certified company is part of the Essae Group of Companies, with a rich 25 plus years of experience in manufacturing precision turned, ground and pressed components predominantly for the automobile sector. Established in late 1980, Servewel Industries employs a total of 97 highly skilled individuals. Its strict adherence to quality, pride in work, world-class technology made it a legend in a short time. Backed by the vast experience and expertise of the team, it has brought innovative approach with techno economic viability and reliability in the industry.

Operating from a modern, Purpose built premises located in the heart of Bangalore-India, Servewel Industries is professionally managed by a core group of engineers and technologists with decades of industry experience between them and backed by a team of trained professionals at all levels of operations. Latest machines are deployed to ensure that quality is built into the process.

Product Profile: We are engaged in manufacturing an extensive assortment of precision turned components. Our range comprises of aluminium components, sub assemblies, break cams for two wheelers, steel & brass components, precision turned components, gears, cap nuts, back plate assemblies, ferrules, rear brakes, bushing speedo drives, nut front forks, aluminium connectors, rollers, shaft Bolts, sheaves and various other critical parts used in engine & automobile assemblies. This range is manufactured from high grade materials along with the application of sophisticated technology. Thus, our ISO / TS 16949: 2002 accreditation speaks volumes about the nature and quality of our range.

Infrastructure:

In order to cater to the changing times, we have updated infrastructural set up which enables us to use the most advanced technology. We have a well-furnished manufacturing unit which is spread across an area of 35, 000 square feet. Our plant also possesses an in-house design unit which is housed with latest CAD / CAM facilities. To keep us at par with our international counterparts, we keep ourselves updated in accordance to the existing trends.
